2.Installation

2.1 Installation of Machine Stand

  • Unpack the packing case and take out the machine and the machine stand.
  • Remove the discharge bucket.
  • Put the machine stand on a flat place.
  • Hold the lifting bar and lift the machine slowly. Then, place it on the leg base. This should be performed by two or more persons.
  • Correctly align the mounting holes, and securely tighten M10 hexagon bolts and M10 hexagon nuts to fix the machine on the machine stand.
  • Remove the lifting bar.
  • Attach the discharge bucket.

!CAUTION

  • The machine body should be lifted by two or more persons.
  • Before lifting the machine, make sure that the front door is securely closed.
  • When lifting the machine body, be sure to hold the lifting bar.
  • Failure to follow the above instructions may lead to personal injury or machine damage.

2.2 Place for Installation

  • Install the machine on a flat floor.
  • The installation place shall be well drained, dry and ventilated. Also, there shall be sufficient space around the machine for daily operation, inspection and maintenance.
  • Connect one end of the hose with the hose pipe located on the side of hopper, while connecting the other end with the faucet to supply water.
  • To adjust the level and stability of the machine, loosen the leg end nuts and turn the adjusting balls. After the adjustment, securely tighten the nuts.

2.3 Attachment of Bottom Cover

After installing the machine stand under the machine, attach the bottom covers.

  • ①Remove the motor box cover.
  • ②Put the bottom covers (2 pieces) from the bottom opening of the motor box.
  • ③Securely tighten the bottom covers with the fixed plate and the hexagon bolt.
  • ④Attach the motor box cover.

2.4 Power Supply

  • This machine requires a 3-phase 230-V power source. The motors used in the machine are a 3-phase 230-V 4-P 750-W motor.
  • Have a certified electrician install a proper circuit breaker having that capacity on the wall.
  • Be sure to install the ground wire.
  • Refer to the electric wiring diagram for this machine on page 9-1.

!DANGER

  • The machine uses inverters, so low level electric currents run throughout the machine body. Therefore, ensure proper ground connection.
  • Don’t connect the earth wire to any gas pipe or water pipe.
