5. Daily Inspection and Maintenance
5.1 Daily Inspection
Perform daily check before starting daily work.
Important Points in Daily Inspection
- Check that the blades are free from chips and cracks. If chipped or cracked, replace the blade.
- Check that any problem found in previous operations has been solved.
- Check that any remaining material or foreign material does not exist in the food passing areas.
- Check that the machine is free from dust, unnecessary oil, and other contaminants.
- Check for loose or missing screws, bolts, etc. In particular, perform careful inspection of the (two) hexagon nuts used to attach the plain blade to the plain blade base.
- Check warning labels to make sure they are legible. Replace any that are not.

|
During daily operations or servicing, take note of the following issues. If there is any problem, promptly investigate the cause and take proper measure. If the cause is uncertain, consult with EMURA FOOD MACHINE CO., LTD.
(a) Abnormality in appearance, unusual noise or heat
