6. Troubleshooting
If there is something wrong with the machine, follow these procedures:

6.1 Unstable Rotation or Stop When Loaded with Materials
- Adjust the V-belt tension or replace the belt.
- Check for oil adherent to the V-belt.
6.2 Diced Food Not Coming Out
- Check if the machine works normally.
- Check if the rotation direction is correct.
- Check if the settings of plain blade, round blade assembly, and crosscutting blade assembly match with one another.
- Check if the scraper is properly placed and securely held.
- Check if the round blade shaft is properly placed by the lever and securely held with the fixing handle.
- Check if the food materials are properly fed to the round blade assembly.
- Check if the material size is appropriate.
- Check if the materials are blocked in the impeller.
6.3 Poor Cutting Performance
- Check if the round blades match the plain blade groove.
- Check if the lever of the round blade shaft is properly pushed up.
- Check if the fixing handle of the round blade shaft is securely tightened.
