Warranty
EMURA FOOD MAHINE CO., LTD warrants the DC-202 FOOD DICER as follows:
Warranty Period
One full year from the date of delivery
Scope of Warranty
Within the above-mentioned warranty period, EMURA will repair any defect caused by faulty design, manufacturing or material.
Limitations of Warranty
No warranty shall apply in the following cases, even within the warranty period. EMURA may nonetheless be able to repair the machine for a reasonable charge.
(1) Resale or transfer of the machine after delivery;
(2) User’s abuse, misuse, misapplication, improper handling or operation of the machine;
(3) Causes that are clearly beyond the scope of the manufacturer’s responsibility;
(4) Unexpected accidents beyond the manufacturer’s control (including natural disasters) ;
(5) User’s modification of the machine;
(6) Natural wear and tear of the following consumable parts:
Cutter blades, V-belt, chain, oil seal, rotary shafts, bearings, gears, bolts, nuts, electric control parts, etc.; or
(7) User’s failure to perform maintenance, servicing, cleaning, lubricating or adjustment.
